What can be returned
- Items that arrived damaged or faulty
- Incorrect items sent by mistake
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquids, pods, disposables and pouches cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to request a return
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, or replaced, within a few working days.
